These shoes are essentially a half size below what is advertised. If you have a true to size whole number I would probably consider not buying shoes from here. They will likely be too tight or way too loose if you size up. I am trying to get them to work with a shoe stretcher and so far one of the pairs has had decent success. But I shouldn't need a shoe stretcher for something that's supposedly fits true to size.
Also I get a lot of heel rubbing issues so I had to buy separate heel inserts.
All in all I would say shoes from this company are more work than they are worth. Some truly awesome designs, but I don't understand how anyone could wear these for martial arts. I would not buy these for martial arts or cross training. They are simply fashion shoes.
