Eligibility:
The Feiyue Shop will only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories.
Sorry—international shipping is not available at this time. Please check our Countries tab to find a retailer near you.
Shipping Schedule:
All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground (unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout) from our Kentucky warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern will not be processed until the following business day.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. During high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be longer. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery.
After a shipping label has been created, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. For approximate transit times, you will see an estimate at checkout. For a more specific transit time, click here and enter origin ZIP code 40258.
UPS and FedEx will leave packages at the address on the order and typically do not require a signature. Feiyue is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Carrier investigations may take 10–14 days and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you (if a valid email address was provided). If you do not receive it, log into your account to verify your email address. Tracking information is also available in your online account.
Invalid Tracking Numbers
If your tracking number does not work immediately, it may be because the carrier has not scanned the label yet. Try again the next day.
Returned to Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is returned to Feiyue, we will contact you to offer reshipment or a refund of the merchandise cost (excluding shipping fees).
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any duties, taxes, and return fees billed by the carrier.
Order Changes
Feiyue ships orders quickly. If you need to change an order (size, style, or address), you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order. Please log into your account or use the link in your order confirmation email to request a change.
Holiday Returns

Get ahead of the rush and don’t worry about returns. Anything purchased between November 1 through the holiday is returnable through January 31.
Early shoppers get the best access to the widest assortment of styles, colors, and sizes.
Returns
Feiyue is not responsible for customer returns that are not processed using the official Feiyue Return Process (see below). Returns for items purchased outside of Feiyue-shoes.com cannot be processed. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns will be accepted for qualifying, unused merchandise in original, resellable packaging. Items purchased on or after 11/1/2025 may be returned through 1/31/2026. Refunds (excluding shipping) will be issued once the product is received and inspected.
If an item is used or unsellable, Feiyue may deny the return. Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable.
Feiyue does not offer exchanges; please place a new order for the desired item.
Feiyue Return Process
To begin a return, follow the steps below:
- Click the Returns link and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return.
- A Return Authorization email with a UPS return label will be sent to the original email address.
- Pack the product in the original shoebox, include the printed Return Authorization, and secure the box.
- Cross out all previous shipping labels and attach the new UPS Return Label provided by Feiyue.
- Take the package to any authorized UPS location (find one here).
- Please allow up to 7 business days after the carrier receives the package for your refund to post.
Limited Warranty
Products sold through the Feiyue Shop are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt. Defects will be determined by Feiyue. Valid claims will receive a full refund. Improper fit is not covered under warranty.
Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from Feiyue-shoes.com. Misuse, abuse, or alterations void the warranty. Feiyue does not issue replacement product or credit for items with excessive wear or mistreatment.
