Refer to size comparison, length is long good quality!
I would say sizing is most comparable to converse in length but forefoot is wider and shoe is much more comfortable.
Hopefully this helps for sizing questions. I am a powerlifter, wide forefoot with high arches and narrow heel. A size 10 in almost every off the rack generic shoe is fine in the length but too narrow. Traditional American/ European brand dress shoes in size 9 Extra extra wide fit my foot the best. I wear wrestling shoes without socks for most of my dreads/squats/OH press and other Olympic lifts.
In this brand, a size 10 too long for my foot, width is perfect. I tried with socks, without and without the insert. Same deal
I lovey shoes tight and will order a size 9 to see if the length is better.
My shoe sizes in other brands:
Footjoy (premiere) = 9 XXW (4E)
Adidas = 10 E
Nike = 10 E
Allen edmunds = 9 XXW (4E)
ECCO = 9-9.5 (43)
My foot is very wide best shoe fit to reflect my foot size is the footjoy premiere in 9 XXW. the majority of ECCO shoes in size 9-9.5 (43) also fit my foot perfect. Adidas power boost and lifting squat shoes size 10 E are a tad narrow but length fits my foot
These shoes are great for lifting just pull the trigger if your on the fence. Hopefully my sizing helps
